Email us a statement that you would like to return our silicone ring for any reason. We will send you an e-mail with a shipping label, so you can send the ring back to us at no charge. When we receive the ring, we will refund your money back to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
 

2. Our unbelievable lifetime warranty allows you to get a new ring if your original RingSideOut silicone ring is damaged, lost, or even if it no longer fits your finger!

After the first 30 days of purchase, RingSideOut automatically sets you up with our amazing life time warranty. If your silicone ring is damaged, lost, or simply does not fit anymore, we will send you a new ring for free based on our inventory at the time. Just pay the shipping and handling of $7, and send us your original receipt details and a brief description of what happened to the ring 

 

3. You can trade-in your ring purchased at RingSideOut for a new ring or for a bundle package. You can use the original purchase price for the new trade-in purchase, as long as the new purchase is double the original price!

Email us your original receipt from RingSideOut, email us at info@ringsideout.com. Once we receive your receipt, we will send you a code that allows you to use the funds from your original purchase towards your new trade-in purchase. Please send us the ring used for the trade-in by mail to 212 South Olive Ave, Alhambra CA 91801. When choosing a new trade-in ring, please choose a ring or combination of rings double the price of the original purchase price of the ring you are trading in.
