  • WHAT IS YOUR POLICY IF THE RING DOSE NOT FIT?
If the ring does not fit your finger, you can exchange it for the correct size. Please reference the SIZING TOOL found on the main page. For perfect fit, we recommend purchasing our silicone ring between a half and a full size smaller than your normal finger size.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE THE RING?
RingSideOut offers a LIFE-TIME WARRANTY, which offers a replacement ring of the same value as the original ring for damaged rings or rings that no longer fit your finger.
  • HOW CAN I GET A REPLACEMNT RING?
To receive a replacement ring, for damaged rings or rings that do not fit, simply send us an email to info@ringsideout.com, describe the damage or condition of the ring and why you would like to replace it. Please also attach the receipt for the original purchase of the ring from RingSideOut. We will send you an email with a link that will direct you to the shipment and handling fee. Once that is paid, we will send you a free replacement ring.

RingSideOut silicone rings can handle extreme temperatures and pressure, all while being snug and flexible on your finger. In the event of an accident that puts your finger at risk, our rings are easily cut or removed from your finger to prevent ring avulsion injuries.
